randomly roadtrip

hey and here I am back again,

this time in english. It's been a long time and I'm so sorry about that. My laptop broke which made it more difficult to post anything. Well I'm doing so good right now I almost feel like an american with an accent of course lol.

Yesterday my host family made a randomly roadtrip which led us from Mystic in Conneticut to Westerly in Rhode Island. Mystic is a "small" village with many little shops. We went through  the stores and the village/ town itself. Mystic was known for their sea port in the 1800s. It was very interesting hopefully I can go there before I go back to Germany.

 After Mystic we made our way to Westerly, Rhode Island to see the beautiful ocean. We went to the State Beach Misquamicut. It was awesome! The water looked so blue and clear. Even though it was a little bit cold I loved it.

And our last stop was at the Foxwoods Casino. I wasn't allowed to go in there because I wasn't 21 or older but I still had fun because there was  a mall in the casino lol.
All in all it was a great day and I would love to do it again!!

hello guys,

Ich war vor zwei Wochen mit den anderen Austauschschüler Skifahren in Dover, Vermont.
Es war mein erstes Mal Ski fahren. Ich bin so oft hingefallen doch es hat sich gelohnt und nun kann ich Ski fahren. Es war echt schön wieder was mit den Austauschschülern zu unternehmen, da sie alle nicht in meiner Nähe wohnen.

Außerdem haben wir schon das Datum für Prom bekommen, es ist ein Tag vor meinen Geburtstag. Ich freu mich schon so drauf, Kleider suchen zu gehen mit meinen Freunden und und und....

Außerdem hatten wir Midterms Exams, die ich sehr gut bestanden habe.

Deutschland fehlt mir manchmal schon ein bisschen, doch Heimweh habe ich immernoch nicht gehabt und es sind noch nur 4 Monate und dann heißt es Verabschieden Amerika. Ich möchte gar nicht mehr zurück und dann will ich doch wieder nach Hamburg. haha..

Throwback : 1 Jahr ist es her als ich die gute Nachricht bekommen habe, dass ich das Stipendium bekommen habe.  Es war so ein schönes Gefühl zu wissen das man von vielen anderen die EINE war um was neues zu erleben. Ich bin sehr dankbar dafür! An dieser Stelle bedanke ich mich bei meinem Paten Manuel Sarrazin!!!

Ich will auch nicht mehr viel sagen.
